🎓 Educational Qualification

For NON-ITI Candidates:

  • ✅ Passed 10th Standard/Matriculation or equivalent
  • ✅ Minimum 50% marks (as per Board criteria)
  • ✅ Minimum 40% marks in Mathematics AND Science
  • ✅ Must have passed on or before 03 March 2026

For Ex-ITI Candidates:

  • ✅ Passed relevant ITI trade from NCVT/SCVT recognized institute
  • ✅ Minimum 50% marks in ITI examination
  • ✅ Trade must be as per Schedule I of Apprentices Act 1961
  • ✅ Passed 10th Standard with minimum 50% marks
  • ✅ Must have passed on or before 03 March 2026

🎯 Selection Process

📊 Merit List Preparation:

For NON-ITI Candidates:

  • Based on percentage in 10th standard
  • Aggregate of all subjects OR Best of 5 subjects (as per Board)
  • Factory-wise common merit list
  • Trade allotment on Merit-cum-Choice basis

For Ex-ITI Candidates:

  • Simple average of 10th percentage + ITI percentage
  • Minimum 50% required in each (10th & ITI)
  • Factory-wise and Trade-wise merit list
  • Trade-specific selection

🔄 Tie Resolution: If two candidates have same percentage:

  1. Older candidate preferred
  2. If DOB same → Earlier year of passing 10th
  3. If both same → Alphabetical order of name
